形態特徵

• Perennial herbs, erect or ascending; stems terete, glabrous.
• Leaves membranaceous to thick chartaceous, nearly glabrous, lanceolate or narrowly elliptic to elliptic, to 18 cm long, 5 cm wide, apex acuminate to caudate, acumen 1-6-serrulate, margins sharply serrate to dentate, base broadly cuneate half, penninerved; petiole semi-terete, less than 3 mm long; stipules nearly glabrous, ciliolate, narrowly triangular, 1.5-2.3 mm long, 1-veined.
• Male inflorescences discoid heads; female inflorescences subquadrate-discoid. Male flowers puberulent outside; sepals 5; stamens 5; pedicels terete; bracteoles obliquely shallowly cymbiform. Female flowers with 4 rudimentary sepals; hairs of stigma septate; ovary ellipsoid; staminodes 4, rudimentary; bracteoles linear-lanceolate.
• Achenes ellipsoid, with 12 ribs.

分布

• 台灣 : Endemic to Lanyu Island, ravines and moist shady forest floors.
